Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

As a Business Development Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for a global product portfolio and ensure that we grow exactly where it matters most. Your job combines strategy, market acumen, and sales excellence.

What you will achieve with us:

  • You will design product-related go-to-market strategies and implement them hands-on.
  • Together with our product team, you will develop strong concepts that inspire customers.
  • You will bring market and customer feedback directly into product management and engineering – for true innovation.
  • As a sales excellence specialist, you will develop individual sales presentations, create target account lists, and develop strategic account plans.
  • You understand the business ecosystem and recognize trends, innovation potential, and new business opportunities.
  • You identify suitable partnerships and develop customer relationships.
  • You represent OECHSLER at events, actively approach potential leads, and build a relevant network.
  • In close cooperation with our marketing department, you bring the right messages to the market.
  • You keep track of processes and paperwork throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • You have the opportunity to play a decisive role in shaping the direction of the company.

What you should bring with you:

  • Completed degree in business administration or engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting
  • Strong strategic skills combined with creative curiosity and the courage to break new ground
  • Results-oriented and resilient
  • Ambition and a high degree of initiative to drive projects forward independently
  • Experience working with Dynamics CRM
  • Global mindset with a high willingness to travel (up to 50%)
  • Very good German and English skills (at least level C1)
  • Optional: Knowledge of Chinese or Spanish is an advantage.
